The entire StaffTime team feels a real sense of mission about our work, which makes every day a pleasure. We have a lot of fun, bring our creativity to everything we do, and feel honored to be able to serve others in this way.
With our values front and center, we practice “radical customer service.” StaffTime’s office hours start at 6 a.m. – and we make ourselves available to clients when they need us. If you have an emergency, it is our emergency, too.
As a minority-owned company, we are particularly sensitive to our atmosphere and making people feel comfortable. We consistently strive to make our office attractive and inviting, and everyone who enters is treated with respect, whether they’re applying for a white collar job, seeking a corporate staffing partner, or seeking work in a warehouse.
One of our specialties is going the extra mile to help individuals who are in transition. People with large gaps in their work history, those who are returning to the workforce, and military members who are getting out and seeking employment. These people often have incredible skills and talents, but don’t necessarily know how to utilize or convey them in today’s workplace. Being able to assist these people is incredibly rewarding.
